Message	That wasn't caused by ignition inside the engine - the blast would be hard-pressed to reach the intercoolers with enough force to do that kind of damage. It's much more likely that it happened in the plenum, close to the throttle bodies. Since it's a wet shot, the mixture could've ignited anywhere that it was hot enough after it was injected.
